we woke from our naps, no time for a hug.

The red dot appears, a challenge we face

we charge through the halls of a furious pace.

With claws sharp as steel and eyes in the dark

we leave on the couch our permanent mark.

Hear the meow of defiance it echoes so loud

a legion of purrs majestic and proud.

Kitties of the world united we stand, with paws held high we rule over the land.

From the scartching post to the midnight sky, together we meow, together we fly..
